Bloomberg: BORrism Perandus, who was born on the island of Porfiria, has been accused of violating the trade laws of the country where he was born.
Perandas son was allegedly illegally traded in New York City and then placed on a flight to Indonesia, where he is still being held, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
The Justice Department’s complaint against Perandaus was filed Thursday against Perando and his father, Bosman Perandos.
Perando’s lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The charges against Perands son are not related to the trading, but could be related to him allegedly trading the illegal cryptocurrency, the Justice Department said.
